I've spoken with the sales Team down at Stadium Lofts in Anaheim. They only have a few more homes/lofts for sale. There are very few that are coming on the market through other sources and they are either Short Sales or Bank Repos. Buy them new, they have lots of great incentives right now!

Craigslist.com Rental Scam...Please Read
I just spoke to my client this morning (9/1/2009) who is looking for a rental and she said that she found someone offering a Million Dollar house for Rent on Craigslist.com for $1,000/mo. She emailed them to see if it was real and they said yes. They asked her to send the money via Western Union to pay for the deposit (See Email Below). She even got a call from someone with an overseas number. Obviously it’s a scam, but I thought that you should know it was happening. By the way, this house IS listed in the Multiple Listing Service for rent for $5,500 per month and I notified the real agent involved.
If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
Here’s the email that she got from the person on Craigslist:

You can see that they are insistent on getting the renter to send the money ASAP. She said that she has now been called non-stop since they got a hold of her phone number. These people also told her that the house was owned by Missionaries in Africa and that's why it was so cheap.
Don't fall for these scams. Don't give out your phone number. Tell them you will call the police and the FBI and report them if they try to contact you.
